Wreaths Across America Return / Exchange  Policy

Non balsam items may be returned or exchanged if they are new, still have tags and have not been damaged, stained, or worn. Return and refunds must be submitted to Wreaths Across America no later than (30) days after the order date to be considered for a refund, and before (60) days after the order date to be refunded as store credit or exchange. No exceptions. Wreaths Across America will send you a prepaid return label to cover shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Refunds are processed within (7) days of receiving the item back to our facility and inspecting them to ensure they are free of damage, wear, and dirt.
